This policy explains what information RizCraft collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you when you visit rizcraft.io or use a RizCraft tool.

How RizCraft tools process data

Most text, image, audio, video, and PDF tools process your input locally in your browser. For those tools, the content you select or paste is not sent to RizCraft.

Some features require network or server processing. Examples include tools that fetch a URL, receive a webhook, generate content with an AI provider, submit a contact or suggestion form, or perform a conversion that cannot run locally. These tools identify that behavior on the page. When a remote service is required, only the information needed to provide that feature is transmitted.

Information you provide

Office-to-PDF tools upload your selected documents directly from your browser to PDFonFly for conversion. RizCraft receives filenames, sizes and upload identifiers and stores conversion status and download-link metadata for up to 24 hours of access. Scheduled cleanup removes expired records. PDFonFly hosts the generated PDFs; its file retention is not guaranteed, so download results promptly. The active upload session appears in the page URL as sid. Refreshing the page ends the browser session and clears its results; provider jobs already submitted may continue processing. Do not upload sensitive documents unless this processing is appropriate for your information.

If you contact us or send a suggestion, we receive the information you submit, such as your email address, message, and any attachment you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate the issue, and improve the service. Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for your request.

Technical data and analytics

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, and security signals. We use this data to operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate usage.

RizCraft uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information, and interactions. Local storage and essential preferences

RizCraft may store preferences such as theme, favorite tools, and recent-tool choices in your browser's local storage. These preferences stay on your device unless you clear them. Security and consent systems may also use cookies or local storage needed to remember choices and protect forms from abuse.

Advertising and third-party cookies

RizCraft may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to RizCraft or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some participating third-party vendors through AboutAds.

Where required, RizCraft will ask for consent before using cookies or personal data for advertising. Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a Google-certified consent message with options to consent, decline, or manage choices. A consent choice can be changed using the privacy-options control shown by that message.

Data retention

We keep contact and support messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate support record, and prevent abuse. Operational logs are retained according to the needs of our hosting and security providers. Data processed by Google is subject to Google's own retention settings and policies.

RizCraft links to third-party websites and services that have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them. RizCraft is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser, use the advertising choices above, decline optional consent when the consent message is displayed, and avoid submitting optional contact information.
