Conversion uses FFmpeg WebAssembly in your browser. Processing time depends on the video's duration, resolution, codec, and your device's CPU and available memory.
Containers and codecs are different concerns: changing a file extension alone does not make a video compatible. This tool re-encodes the media into the selected output. MP4 is a practical general-purpose choice, while WebM is commonly used on the web. Always confirm the upload requirements of the service you plan to use.
