Does cropping reduce image quality?
No. The crop is applied at your image's full original resolution — the on-screen preview is just scaled down to fit your window.
PNG or JPG — which should I download?
Use PNG if your source image has transparency or you want lossless quality. Use JPG for smaller file sizes on photos where transparency doesn't matter.
